Shipping

Generally, items that have been ordered are dispatched after 3-5 working days.

The orders are delivered by Swiss Post. You can find out about the current shipping costs directly on the Swiss Post website.

Small items are sent in envelopes or as small items if possible.

The shipping costs include packaging and shipping.

As an employee of Payerne Airbase or as a soldier in your military service, you have the option to pick up your goods at the Airbase. When you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up, please send us an email with your availabilities and if possible a telephone number. We will then contact you to organise a pick-up time.
